If you are a skilled worker or a business person from overseas and wants to migrate to Australia, you will be required to make an expression of interest (EOI) using Skillselect. Prior to making EOI, you may need to have successful skills assessment and have appropriate points. Current skills point pass mark is set at 65. You may submit EOI without meeting the pass mark, however you may not be eligible for invitation to apply for a visa.

Skillselect is valid for 2 years. You can access your EOI and update your information at any time if you think you have accumulated more points by gaining work experience, higher qualification, higher English proficiency and if family makeup has changed.
